Meet our Jocks
Interesting things that are good to know!

Suzanne Michaels "The Patron Saint of Musicians" - January 10, 2008 will be Suzanne's 29th year in radio, and she claims she'll "keep doing it til she gets it right!" Her love of music and knowledge of music history motivates her in keeping the playlist fresh and sharp. There're over 15,000 songs in the playlist and if she doesn't have it, she'll find it! One of her passions is her love and commitment to the many talented local musicians here in Rim Country. "I appreciate their talent and the fact that all of them are there for me whenever I need them", which brings us to
another one of her passions..."Toys For Tunes". The 2nd Annual Toys For Tunes will take place over 3 weekends in November and is a labor of love. She has two rules in this endeavor.....it's not about us...it's about the kids......and no egos allowed! Her many Public Service appearances keep her busy, but she always finds time to "hop" around to the different venues each weekend where the local musicians play. "They support me, so it's only right that I support them".

Comments, questions, and suggestions are always welcome, and each are individually answered. "I've met some very important and influential people in my life, so I've been very blessed". Some of those folks include, Eddie Money, Rod Stewart, Dick Clark, Don Henley, Kenny Loggins and Gene Clark (may he rest in peace) from the Byrds. "I'm exactly where I want to be and in 50 years, I'll still be doing the Audio Asylum!"

Kit Carson McGuire - Long, long ago, in a land far away, if you consider Cleveland far enough away, I embarked in a few artistic directions including professional musician, actor, photographer and radio air personality. Seems I've come full circle since those days.

My radio career began in Cleveland, Ohio and took me to Detroit, Chicago, Austin and now Payson! My years of training and experience have brought me to a level I truly believe this area will embrace gladly. It is my desire to open a new field of radio which will allow me to reach out to fresh and new talent across the country and let people in this area have the pleasure of hearing them which they would otherwise never have the chance.

I'll be playing a wide variety of genres, ie: pop, soft rock, eclectic, blues, reggae, mariachi, new wave and more but choose to refrain from certain other types of music which would not really fit the criteria at KRIM-FM. While I won't be able to make everyone happy all the time with the music played, if they listen long enough I'm sure they will find that what I present will grow on them and win them over. As well as the variety of music played I will also have surprise call-in and in-studio interviews with some of this fresh, new talent so you can also get to know them as I do. All very informal and relaxing. I'm sure there will be many contests, CD giveaways, remotes and public appearances. All I ask is that you give me the chance you would want and I'll do my best at what I do best.

Joe Miracle is a journeyman, sideman, who also plays a mean harmonica in addition to his beloved guitar. In the beginning, Joe was just another guitar-playing kid from Texas. Joe's life in music has taken him through several of the major movements that have defined modern American pop, folk, rock, hippie, psychedelic, country-rock, contemporary, country and modern bluegrass.

Joe is a living history of popular music. Joe Miracle, The name synonymous with several decades of quality, incomparable music, and since Joe is nowhere near finished making memories yet, that's a book he's not ready to write.

Joe is currently recording a three CD project as well as writing, performing and perfecting a script he has written. One can only imagine that the best is yet to come from Joe Miracle!
